We enjoyed our cruise. Stops in Canada were beautiful. We had to be flexible - changes in itinerary were made due to a hurricane shortly before our trip. Our advice is to book your own flights regardless of the deal - we had to travel on both ends of the cruise and this added costs.

Because of the hurricane scare we had 2 extra sea days. We missed the stops that were planned. In a way this was good because it showed us we don’t care for to many sea days. We prefer to get off and visit the sites. Overall we had a very enjoyable time and kept ourselves busy with the activities and entertainment.

cruise awesome until it was done. got on bus in quebec city around 9 AM and drove (3.5 hours) to Montreal with driver who could not stay in his lane to meet NCL representative at airport. Driver called no representative to meet us. all passangers were left on there own including handicapped people who had to be helped off bus. This was unacceptable!

getting on the boat was probably the quickest we have ever boarded. cabins were available early. the staff and service were almost perfect, best we have had I think. Food was pretty good, no complaints at all. Seems like a "happy ship" to me. Will be booking another NCL cruise for sure.

We had such a great time. We wish we went with some of our friends from home, but we made some awesome new friends on the ship. The staff is excellent and the ship is beautiful and clean. We loved the restaurant options and had a blast at karaoke every night.

I would definitely go back to Bermuda. The people are very friendly, the island is beautiful, and you can’t find more perfect beaches. Next time I book a cruise though, I’ll be more aware of the packages that come with the booking (drinks, meals, internet, etc) as I ended up needing to upgrade my internet and beverage packages. It really is worth it to have a premium plus beverage pkg so you can have water, coffee, soda, and premium mixers with your cocktails. The water and coffee alone throughout the week make up for the difference in price. The specialty dining was delicious (the steakhouse was incredible!), but even the everyday cafeteria was fantastic. The breakfast there had cooked to order omelet stations, lunch and dinner had carving stations, and there was always a formal option (full sit down meal) as well as quicker items such as pizza, hotdogs/burgers, and salads/fruit. We ate there for most of our meals and we were never disappointed. The mini-suite was perfect for a couple or an individual traveling with a group. Someone from my party had their teenage sons in their room and realized that the rooms are just too small to accommodate 4 adult sized people. Overall, this was a terrific trip, and I would certainly recommend this Boston to Bermuda cruise.

I had always regarded Norwegian as the top of the line; the creme de la creme...until Covid. We got off of our 2019 Boston to Bermuda cruise, with Cruise Next Certificates in hand, and scheduled a 2020 cruise. It was canceled. We rescheduled. It was canceled. We rescheduled. It was canceled. We went a year out. It was canceled. We were the loyal cruisers that rescheduled again & again to find price hikes & itinerary changes and no extension to our Cruise Next Certificates. Loyalty means nothing anymore. I don't believe we'll cruise Norwegian as a loyal customer again. We'll be the ones looking for the best deal regardless of Cruiseline. It's all the same to us now. To top it off & sum it up...my Wednesday night "shellac" mani/pedi (that in reality was an overpriced regular mani/pedi, sans shellac) was chipped & peeling by Friday disembarkment.

This was my husband's first cruise and we had a wonderful time! The staff was great and always willing to help. We did two shore excursions in Bermuda and loved them both. We had great food and drinks all week long and can't wait to return.

I love Bermuda and I love cruising. I'm happy to be doing both. As far as the ship and food, etc, not the best experience. We went with another couple who have cruised Carnival twice in the past. They said they won't sail on NCL again based on this experience.

The ship and staff were wonderful. It was more than we expected (our first cruise since 2019 on the Escape). I was disappointed in how people treated some of the staff members (yes, you telling off two people at the water station when filling your water bottle without using the glass, as requested!!) I would definitely do this ship/itinerary again.

Cruise was good. Ship was very clean, crew were excellent, one of the smaller ships we’ve been on but still enjoyed it. Entertainment wasn’t as good as usual. Drink package was a great benefit!

I would not cruise with NCL again. Too many issues and lack of accurate information.

It is our 25th Anniversary and we decided to cruise to the Island of Bermuda!! I was not disappointed- cruise was awesome and the Island incredible!! Cruise staff was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable!! Food was really good and drinks even better! I would highly recommend Norwegian to my friends and family!!!

This was our first time sailing on Norwegian. I didn't know what to expect. It was not as nice as Celebrity but was a little better than Princess. It was a very nice itinerary.

Our sons first cruise and he said it was the best vacation he has every been on and wants to do this every year!!!

We were so excited and it was our first time booking through BJ’s Travel as well as sailing with NCL. We have had two other cruises with Royal Caribbean and have had great success so we were hesitant about changing cruise lines. I called directly to BJ’s Travel and spoke to Annette who was very professional and helpful. I was able to hand pick an Oceanview Stateroom. She gave the guidance needed to feel comfortable that we made the right choice for this milestone event in our lives. We originally booked the trip in April for the July timeframe. When it become closer to the date, I actually reached out to NCL directly. It took awhile to connect to a person because I went through an alternative travel agency but the woman, I spoke to was very gracious. She gave me the correct direction going forward to include how to contact Bermuda Tourism site. This was unexpected task and fee of $40 per person which probably should have better explained by BJ’s Travel. Regardless we still felt like we were on track. The day of the cruise, we “sailed” right through and gained access to the ship immediately! To our horror, we discovered that we were given an Inside Stateroom. Our First cabin Number: 9517, Inside Stateroom was definitely unacceptable especially since we paid in full for an Oceanview Stateroom. You can only imagine our disappointment! Plus, my wife suffers from claustrophobia, for that reason, we paid extra for that window. We immediately went down to complain about the accommodations but had to wait in a long line where we clearly noticed that we weren’t the only victims of deceit. When finally arriving to speak to a person, the woman was very carefree of this inconvenience. She exclaimed that there was nothing we could do until we sail out of Boston? I asked to speak to her manager and she said “No Managers” were available. We decided to try to relax and wait for the ship to depart. You have to remember that we paid for an unforgettable experience and so far, it was but not a favorable one! After sailing, we went back down to complain about our room and of course had to wait again in a long line. When we finally arrived at the window again, we were never offered an upgrade even though that’s all you heard throughout the ship that it was available. Apparently, the ship was full and couldn’t help? She explained that someone is going to get in touch with me and it may take a day or two! I believe that’s when I exploded and my wife was in tears. The woman then said that she’d be able to give us an Oceanview with an obstructed view. I asked if there was going to be a discount because I paid for an Oceanview! She said that management would contact me and I exclaimed how? My cell phone is off and how exactly are you going to locate me? Very disappointed with her professionalism and NCL! We took the Obstructed Oceanview Stateroom, moved our luggage from the 9th floor to the 8th to find another disappointment. The room was setup only for two? Once again, I was forced to go back, wait in line and suffer further disappointment. I calmly asked how long it would take to prepare the room for four? Once again, they gave me the run around and said that we would have to come back later! To remind you again, this was to be a wonderful family cruise celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and all we could think was this was a total mistake. We were catered by Royal Caribbean and never had an issue with our former cruises. I guess you get what you pay for! When we finally went back to the front desk, we had a nice manager offer us two rooms: First cabin Number: 9517, Inside Stateroom Second Cabin Number: 8594, Obstructed Oceanview Stateroom Third Cabin Number: 8575, Inside Stateroom We chose to keep the two rooms in exchange of the room we originally picked out and paid for. The kicker is that the room they gave us was right next to O’Sheehan’s Bar & Grill which was conveniently open 24hrs! We were able to experience the party all night long! The most memorable parts were the screaming, yelling, laughing of our fellow night owl passengers in the hallway and ones awaiting the elevator. By far the best was when we had to yell at the cleaning guy vacuuming near the elevators at 2 a.m. one evening. We never went back to complain again! I can’t tell you how upset we are. I can tell you for a fact that we won’t be adding any new Latitude points or levels to our family, friends and anyone else I come into contact with because we will NEVER cruise with NCL again! Thank you for the unforgettable vacation! I strongly suggest that BJ’s Travel remove themselves from NCL too. Disappointed, John McDonald

I highly recommend this cruise. We especially liked that you could go to multiple restaurants at any times without reservations and it was more casual than previous cruises we've taken. The service was beyond expectations and the food and drinks were amazing.

Very disappointed that my meals were cold upon serving. Wished we were offered more for a package deal. Others paid a lot less and had many add ones for free.
