Q: we are flying for our 9 September cruise. NCL has us getting to Montreal at 1130 day of the cruise, then a bus trip to Quebec (3 hours). the ship sails at 4 and not sure how we would get there in time from Montreal (flying from Philadelphia), getting through customs and grabbing luggage . any suggestions or should I call NCL and voice continued concerns? thank you!!

A: you are able to request to fly in 2 days early thru NCL. there is a $25 charge. since your tickets have been already issued i don't think you can change, but i would at least call their air department and ask.

A: I live in Montreal it’s a 2 1/2 hour drive to Quebec depending on traffic! Lots of construction going on in the summer all over the city. Why don’t you fly into Quebec city?
Answered by sunshinegirl9 on July 6, 2023
A: Fly in a day early and stay at a local hotel near airport, because I assume NCL will provide transportation from there to cruise port. I heard customs at the airport takes hours to navigate right now.
Answered by RancorRich on August 18, 2022
A: we normally fly the day before, but we are limited to what NCL gives us in flights
Answered by treedweber on August 17, 2022
A: don't think that will work!! Never fly in the day of your cruise, fly in the day before so you don't have to worry!! good luck!!

Q: Can anyone who has recently been to Bermuda help me? On the Bermuda website it says you have to upload a negative test 4 days before embarkation. On the NCL website it says you have to have a negative test 2 days before embarkation. Does that mean I need to test twice?

A: I just came back from Bermuda. You don’t have to test twice if you get an antigen test two days before embarkation. The Bermuda travel website lists two options: a COVID-19 NAAT test (PCR, LAMP or TMA) up to 4 days before embarkation OR a Supervised... antigen up to 2 days before embarkation. You may choose the latter. The antigen test suffices for NCL and Bermuda.See More
