Review summary

cruise awesome until it was done. got on bus in quebec city around 9 AM and drove (3.5 hours) to Montreal with driver who could not stay in his lane to meet NCL representative at airport. Driver called no representative to meet us. all passangers were left on there own including handicapped people who had to be helped off bus. This was unacceptable!

horrible bus ride and left people on canes, walkers, etc. on bus on there own

We were on the same cruise. Also got bused to Montreal. I do not feel it is NCL’s job to help you check in for your flight. Same as if you got dropped off at airport by taxi or Uber. Bus driver maybe should have helped handicap people off of bus. Airport employees should have helped them after that
