I love lamb chop in restaurant was only offer one chop at a time I asked for three but received two. the ship gem is older then breakaway which in have been on 4x I like gem due to it is a smaller ship

The smoking on the ship is nearly unbearable. While I understand that we have to make accommodate smokers, it was unfortunate that I was not able to enjoy the casino and some of the bar areas due to the cigarette smoke. Smokers should smoke outside or in a designated room, like the cigar room.

Restaurants are not that good.Very strange ship design.The Stardust theater is excellent ,but the entertainers and shows are really bad.For the Christmas and New Year Eve the food everywhere on ship was a JOKE!!!Forget about seafood!!!Beware of the thermospa ! You have to fight for the chairs!

Looking for quiet with great views - try the Spinaker lounge. It sometimes had activities but was often deserted. Also, watch out for the Casino - they ripped hubby off making mistake on roulette admitted mistake but would not pay him his full bet. Would not let him see tape. Unregulated be careful

Bliss lounge too many underage kid drinking alcohol and in the club after 11 PM even thus you have a sign saying kids are not allowed after 11 PM. Food was wonderful.

Specialty dining restaurants were too expensive and I heard they were nothing special! There was no quiet place outside to read as there was music constantly being played! Special of the day drinks weren't common drinks I know and weren't good. General prices of drinks/wine way too expensive!

Nicely renovated. Smoking room near Magnums was disconcerting, didn't like smelling the smoke while trying to enjoy music. Saw men in caps in dining room though clearly states no hats, caps in dress code.

All was good, space always available at Stardust theatre, chairs on pool deck were reserved very early thus it was difficult to get chairs at times

I think the food in the main dining was much better before the restaurants came to be.I Previously the restaurants were a set price, not expensive. I don't like that everything is ala carte. The Habachi restaurant was excellent. The chef was excellent.

This is a ship geared to the elderly. blah entertainment and they close their cafes all the time. it was not a true cruising experience for my friends who were fist time cruisers.

While I loved the ship, I will not take it again as long as it allows smoking. There were some outstanding employees - Romona in the coffee bar and the server from Nicaragua in the pub (her name begins with an A) and our wine steward were outstanding.
