This was by far the best cruise we have a Ventolin I loved all of the islands I especially loved my state room attendant Abdul ham Dan who was outstanding and kept us happy in the cabin spotless he also set up the room for my daughter‘s birthday with decorations balloons and a cake this guy really made us feel special outstanding customer service . The ship was outstanding the dining staff was phenomenal the bartenders first rate the entertainment was second to none like I said all four of us agree that this is the best cruise we have ever been on and cannot wait wait to go on our next one

We have enjoyed every experience we had dealing with the ship. Food, drink, shows, entertainment, staff and amenities were welcoming and everyone seemed to go over and beyond to make your stay satisfying. We cant wait to book again!

Overall we had a wonderful time on the cruise. It is what you make of it. Doing activities on the "Freestyle Daily", made the cold sea days so much better.

Disembarkation was the worst experience. We stood in cold over one hour. They don't care about elders even when special request was made. Port person only holding a sign for Haven customers (they got cut the line, no waiting at all) and ignore you. Food in buffets court and main dinning room were mediocre. good values for this cruise. Caribbean weather, blue sky and water are beautiful.

My 60th birthday in the carribian with no snow or cold weather. We met some great new friends on board. cruise was a nice break before the holidays.

Although the Escape has an absolutely beautiful hull painted by Dr. Guy Harvey, the ship itself is poorly designed. The chef has a love affair with pepper. Finally had to order my food a day ahead so that it would taste like the description instead of pepper with a hint of what it was supposed to be. I would NOT recommend this ship to anyone

All and all the cruise was very enjoyable. Staff couldn't do more to make you happy and comfortable. The way they decorated the ship for Christmas was a nice touch. The food in all the complementary and the 4 specialty restaurants we went to were top notch. They were better than some of the finest restaurants at home.

Except for the disembarkation problem, it was a good cruise. Thanks to all your devoted staff members - they were simply great.

With the exception of the disembarkment fiasco and the embarrassment of not being allowed off the ship because they thought I owed money on my account, I did not and I had a receipt to show the zero balance, I will was still delayed disembarking and had to pay my car service an additional $100.00 for my trip home. Thanks a lot Norweigen.

We were thrilled with our guarantee balcony assignment. Cabin steward Jenny was very attentive. Loved O'Sheehans, had many great meals there. Wonderful staff (Orville, June and Leonora) made us feel special every day. Mixed drinks at several bars were so-so until 2nd to last day when we found Mixx Bar. After Midnight show was exceptional!! Great talent with comedy shows too!

Would not repeat this cruise. You spend the first 2 days, and the last 2 days in cold weather.

It was good while it lasted we had a good time . Be prepared for the ship rocking at night .

Good cruise line, very friendly and helpful staff however somewhat pricey for what you get compared to other cruise lines like Royal Caribbean. We had a mini suite and it included no additional amenities over a regular state room aside from being slight bigger with a balcony. We also had the "Ultimate Beverage Package" which made no sense because so many beverages wasn't included in it including basics like bottled water? SMH. Your package also didn't include beverages that were in your mini bar, however you could go down to a bar and get the same exact drinks for free as part of your package. Royal Caribbean for the same price point gave us much more value for the money and we didn't feel like we are always being nickeled and dimed with various extra charges.

Totally fun, awesome, we didn't know what to expect because it was our first cruise. NCL didn't disappoint. From beginning to end it was wonderful! We're planning our next cruise right now! Thanksgiving this will be our tradition! We're trying to cruise at least twice a year minimum now!

Overall, pleasant getaway with plenty of time at sea. 3 of 7 days were too cold to go outside. Food REALLY impressed. Great drinks (margarita bar, mojito bar, brewhouse). Entertainment, activities, and night life was lacking for young people. Wifi too expensive and not great. Would not do this ship again but not bad to try once.

Overall a nice cruise, but one I would not do again on the Norwegian Escape.
