We have enjoyed every experience we had dealing with the ship. Food, drink, shows, entertainment, staff and amenities were welcoming and everyone seemed to go over and beyond to make your stay satisfying. We cant wait to book again!

From wait staff to room attendant, all staff members waited on you hand and foot. If someone puts in a complaint on here regarding the staff, they are born complainers and could not be satisfied no matter how hard someone works to please them.

Very clean considering the amount of people that go through that boat on a consistent basis.

About as roomy a family of 4 could be. Mind you, it was tight, but we are a close family and work everyday together and are used to being together. If that is not your normal activity, I recommend getting two rooms.
NEW YORK PORTERS ARE THE WORST! THEY DROPPED EVERY BALL ON DISEMBARKATION. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE COULD NOT GET A LUGGAGE CART TO MEET CAR SERVICES OR THEIR TRANSPORTATION. SIMPLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, BUT NOT RELATED TO NCL.
GETTING OFF NCL WAS ORGANIZED AND PRECISE, HOWEVER DEALING WITH NYC PORT AUTHORITY PORTER SERVICE WAS A COMPLETE JOKE AND HAS RUINED THE WHOLE DISEMBARKATION EXPERIENCE. ENOUGH WHERE WE WOULD LOOK TO USE A DIFFERENT PORT IN THE FUTURE.
