Overall we had a wonderful time on the cruise. It is what you make of it. Doing activities on the "Freestyle Daily", made the cold sea days so much better.

The food in the main dining rooms and buffet was decent. You could always find something you liked, but the food could have been better. However, the specialty restaurants were great! The touchscreens have the menu for the restaurants, but they are not updated accordingly. It would of been more beneficial if the menus would have been right.
Onboard Activities

Ropes Course, Putt-Putt, pool, and waterfall. We enjoyed all of the activities. At the putt-putt, people were letting their kids just run wild. Maybe more supervision or roped off would help. You also have too be weighed to get on all of the slides and ropes course. I think it would make people feel more comfortable if the scales were not facing everyone in line to see the people's weight. It is uncomfortable.
Entertainment

The shows and musicians were all really great! I would of liked to see more stage shows in theater that were only musicals, maybe a play.
Service and Staff

Our room steward, Albert, was awesome! Always very helpful whenever we needed something. The waiters/bartenders were good majority of the time.
Ship Quality

I did not like that there were no casual sitting areas in the midship areas. I think most of the entertainment and games would have been better off in the theater, not the atrium. The atrium did not have enough sitting. Even with the folding chairs, people were still unable to see.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was always very clean. The size was not too bad since we were not in the room much. The bed was very uncomfortable.
We did the La Southfrier Volcano tour through the ship. It was not enjoyable for the money we paid. It was so disorganized, they had overbooked too many people for this tour. So we got a late start to our tour. I did not feel like the tour lady told us very much.
Disorganized. This was the worst port I have disembarked at. They did not have enough space between the luggage, so it all ran together. The workers did not know what they were talking about and where to direct people. The area was pretty dirty.
