Food at dining rooms and buffet were very good, although NCL really needs to provide better quality coffee. The "free" coffee tasted awful.

Overall good, but some staff members showed unhappy face and some looked overworked.

The ship is relatively new and that is the good part. We don't like where the casino was located. It was at the center of everything with a lot of smoke. That is the a great idea. Also the "public" quiet area for adults seemed to be limited comparing to RC's Anthem. There are too many bars and smoking areas on Escape.

The room and bed were OK, although the mattress smelled a little. The next door individuals smoked all the time on their balcony so we had to close our balcony door a lot of times.
