Review summary

With the exception of the disembarkment fiasco and the embarrassment of not being allowed off the ship because they thought I owed money on my account, I did not and I had a receipt to show the zero balance, I will was still delayed disembarking and had to pay my car service an additional $100.00 for my trip home. Thanks a lot Norweigen.

Although they had my credit card on file and I had a zero balance, I will still flagged and would not be allowed off the ship which caused a delay with my car service for pick-up and I had to pay additional money due to this delay.

Did you call the corporate offices? Sounds like Norwegian owes you big time for the delay.
