My 60th birthday in the carribian with no snow or cold weather. We met some great new friends on board. cruise was a nice break before the holidays.

As the cruise went on some of the service was lacking, for the last breakfast we waited over2 hours for food and then had to go to o'sheans before we got food. I spoke to the savor manager later and he was nice but there is no reason to be ignored by the staff.
Onboard Activities

we visited the Hot tub early to avoid the crowds the water was clear but i dont think it was cleaned once while we were there lots of sand in the bottom and seats

For some of the shows you have to get advance tickets at the box office.
In the main theater we saw a Juggler comidians and a majician that were all good. Most nights we ended up at the district (Adults Only)the piano player J.R. was great as was Chelsey the guitarist.

our room steward Maria was exceptional very friendly and nice. The specialty restaurant waiters are great and well trained. O'sheans is our go to spot for lunch and is very nice with good staff. We had mixed luck in the main dining room Our final breakfast at savor was BAD.
Ship Quality

We were on the Jem last year this ship is more modern with lots of technology built in. The internet really works well. We did miss the open air dining on the fantail of the Jem for breakfast.

very nice and our steward was great.

dont book your specialty dining until you get on board hard to do in advance very easy on board.
