Except for the disembarkation problem, it was a good cruise. Thanks to all your devoted staff members - they were simply great.

The entrance to the pier was overcrowded - it took us more than 3/4 hour just to come inside the pier. Once inside, things went smoothly

The service was excellent - everyone was very courteous, pleasant and professional.

Overall they were pretty clean - the problem with cleanliness is not of the ships's staff but the guests on board who misuse and abuse the ship.

Disembarkation could have been handled better - It took us almost two hours to get out of the pier. Just to get the porter, I was in line for more than an hour and I still did not get the porter. It was one of your staff members named Barbara who helped me with my luggage and got me out of the pier.
