Try to get a room in the middle of the ship on the right side. Al ports visited had best views from the right side of the ship. Get the Wi-Fi.

Choose a different cruise line

Get a cabin in the middle of the boat on the lower decks. Boat is so large and long.

Book another cruise line. First time and last time on MSC.

Don't unless you are European (Italian) They do maintenance during the cruise which included shutting all the water off for seven hours for Maintenance. No coffee, O.J., esspresso, or cappachino till the water came back on. Very Amateurish. No apologies either.

Don't visit the specialty restaurant's and beware they will charge extra for a lot! Americans are not welcomed it appears from some interactions.

The ship did a lot of rocking and they blamed it on the weather, but I've been on several cruises in worse weather and they were not this bad.

Redesign the mail pool area. Hire more staff. Train the bar staff to see who is first at the bar. there were times where we were at the bar first and 5 other people were served before us.

Just enjoy the cruise and don’t sweat the small stuff. Utilize the Glass Elevators at the back of the ship. They are always less crowded.
