Review summary

We loved our room, however I would not do the MSC upgrade program again. It is only the room not the experience which would have been nice to know before upgrading. It just isn't worth the extra money otherwise

I just received an email inviting me to upgrade. It mentions that I won't get any of the benefits with the upgrade other than a better room. It seems like a good deal, but we probably wouldn't be near our frriends' cabins anymore, so not sure I want to do it.

I cruised on the MSC Seaside just a few months ago. I agree the crew could be friendlier overall. Some were really great and some just weren't friendly at all. I enjoyed the cruise for the most part, but I hope they make some tweaks. I appreciate them offering a Status Match program.
