This is a good cheap cruise if you are a beginner to cruising. If you have cruised before and are looking for service and quality experience this cruise line lacks in this area. The staff is very overwhelmed in all areas and is lacking which makes long waits for ordering drinks, getting quality housekeeping and quality service in the restaurants is definitely lacking. This cruise line charges for everything!!!! Be aware!!! Also the basic drink package doesn't cover very much so its not the best deal if you are getting the over priced drink package. The prices they charge for the drink and dining packages do not match the quality you receive

The opera was the worst show I have ever seen. The bands were very low quality and not very energizing. The shows were okay but definitely better on other cruise lines.

The staff are very overworked and short staffed on the cruise line. They seem very unhappy and not friendly. We had several issues during our cruise and the reception staff and management didn't seem to care. I have been on 20 cruises and this was the worst for customer service

The ship being newer was great however the cleanliness lacked in the rooms. We had dirty and stained sheets, shower clogged and overflowed into the room during our stay and the blow dryer caught on fire for a faulty cord. The maintenance on this new ship is lacking already and it shows
Cabin / Stateroom

There is very little storage in this room if you are traveling with 2 or more people. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever had to sleep on. It was very uncomfortable. The foam pillows were washed so many times that they were odd shaped and very lumpy. The sheets were stained and dirty upon arrival. WE alerted the reception staff of theses issues and they didn't seem very apologetic.
