Great ship, very nice, beautiful and clean. Staff is amazing. Would prefer to visit Puerto Rico during the day.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Slowly but surely. We were on the boat in less than an hour.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We had the easy drink package and it was fine for me. As far as the food, the specialty restaurant were excellent, the buffet very good and the MDR good.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We did not use the pool a lot because it was too windy for the first two days and then the days later, we were on islands. But they both pools seemed nice.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We saw three of the evening shows and they were good, not great. I beleive the shows on the Divina were much better. Actually, I think some of the performers were from the Divina. The stage and the threater seating is smaller than the Divina. So the performer did not seem to be able to fulfill their acrobats. But I did like the performers and the costumes.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff is absolutely great. Waiters, steward, concierge. Whatever we would ask we would get. I must also mention that we had to go the ship's hospital and their services were unbeleivable.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Cleanliness 5/5. The ship is extra clean, you can see people cleaning away everywhere you go. As for the ship's design, it is beautiful, very chic, lots of brass, silver, mirrors. Unfortunatley, the central area is smaller than on other ship I have been. Even though the ship is bigger, the common areas are smaller. Low ceilings also do not help.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very nice room. Large enough. Comfortable beds. Very nice bathroom but quite small. Good luck picking-up your soap from the shower floor.
Ship tip
Overall great ship, lots to do. Be open minded since there are lots of people from all over the world.
We arrived in port after 6h pm. Not a good idea to visit at night. Everything is closing up and there is not much to do. Would love to visit during the day.
Went to visit the digs in Atlantis. Unfortunately, the tunnels were closed so we were not able to visit everything. Had lunch in Atlantis then back to the ship.
We were in the bus with our luggage within 40 minutes. What took longer was that the driver was the only one putting the luggage in the bus so it took 30 minutes to load the bus and then another 20 minutes to unload the bus.
