Besides the incident involving a drunk patron we had a great time. Security was slow to act! It's never okay to put your hands on someone just because you're drunk! If you have an issue with some of the rude people just know security is in no rush and laugh! Rude as heck!

Food was hit or miss. Pizza and pasta was great. The best meal was breakfast. We ate a nice meal in the morning due to us not knowing what lunch or dinner held. Speciality restaurant Butcher Chop is not worth your money. Everything we ate on the ship required salt and pepper. They have idea how to season food. OMG! Now they can make some ice cream but that's dessert. Drinks were hit or miss in the easy package. My group kept it simple and started ordering vodka, gin, bourbon on the rocks with lime. Kept it simple! Now the bartenders in Aurea and casino were the best! Karen, ralph, camille, gede, yves, willy, and romelle!

Ship is not inclusive! You were charged for EVERYTHING after you just paid all this money to get on the ship. Odd thing is you pay for the aurea package with a private area yet there is no pool. Yet yatch club and other packages have pools. Ended up walking one level down.

Rosie was very attentive to our room. Bartenders in casino and aurea area were great. The Italian employees especially that Stefana at guest services are Responsible RUDE AS H$#%. One chef told me no to eggs. I was shocked! Then signaled for me to go away! Need more staff for service!

Size was good. Now the restroom is a different story. The shower is closed in but that's to be expected! What I didn't expect was for my face to be in the sink in order to use the toilet. If that's uncomfortable you have to sit sideways!!!!
Ship tip
Don't visit the specialty restaurant's and beware they will charge extra for a lot! Americans are not welcomed it appears from some interactions.
Not anything to jump about. Once again went past it and paid $5.00 for ride there and back to free beach. 7 mile beach is soooo beautiful! Let me jump back to the beginning. To get off the boat is unorganized. You have to have a ticket to get on the boat go reach land. Sad part is they don't even check them after sending you on a goose chase around the boats. Unless you have priority you will be in line for 30 minutes to an hour!
Beware they have two ports. If another boat pulls up before you sorry! In my case Carnival was there. We got off and saw construction, tubes, rust, and crust. We got right back on the ship and enjoyed the peace! 5000+ on here so we enjoyed not waiting in lines and yatch club using their bracelets to bypass floors.
Only slowed down by customs. Not MSC fault. Loved the visuals posted in order to show when you leave. I really loved the option by MSC to pay for transfers to MIA/FLL. Nice perk and only 16.00for two people.
