Unfortunately I wouldn’t sail with MSC again. We prefer the food and vibe on royal Caribbean and Norwegian. There were many foreigners not many people spoke English. The ship is huge and beautiful oh and no running track first ship not to have that. Small gym as well not open 24 hrs. Pool deck is odd hard to watch pool games. Different type of cruise director also not what you would expect if you have sailed other lines this was only my 9 th cruise but it is in last place over the other 8 sorry

Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Beautiful ship maybe a few too many mirrors
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Nice decor definitely a bit smaller than Royal Caribbean we had 4 people last cruise and had much mor closet space and drawers/shelving. Would never have fit 4 in this cabin
Ship tip
We prefer Royal Caribbean and Norwegian not as many foreigners and 100times better food
Couldn’t say it was 7:30 by the time we were allowed off the ship it was supposed to be 5 it was dark hardly anywhere open couldnt shop or take a tour cause it was DARK. I don’t understand the point of going here if it’s not daytime
Very upset that the weather was to windy and cool to go swimming and enjoy this beautiful island. This is usually my favorite day. We did go back for the beach party at night. Winds had died down a bit but not too many people came back out. That was a great time with a lighthouse show. Don’t miss that night! Very different from any other island expert
I thought MSC cruiselines wanted to be in the U.S. cruise market? Even the cruises from Royal Caribbean out of East Asia that you would get an email months before your cruise(as a Western passenger that is) about a cultural enrichment experience were better than MSC cruiselines The East Asia cruise is still gelled with me far better than MSC Seaside. Maybe the Yacht club is a much better experience. Thank you for your review.
I’m sorry for sounding rude, but did you do any research prior to your cruise? Yes, the majority of passengers are European and announcements are made in several languages to accommodate them. Why is this a negative?
