Overall, we enjoyed this cruise very much and we would do it again. It was a very pleasant first experience on MSC.

No expense was spared by MSC on the Meraviglia. Everything was beautifully done, from the furnishings, to the food, to the shows. It was the most fun family vacation we’ve had.

Bad cruise bad staff nasty food. Lots of waiting almost 4 hours to get on the ship. If this was my first cruise I would have never went another cruise based of my experience. Luckily I have been on other great cruises. Now I know stay far far away from msc cruise ship 3

Awesome, don't listen to the haters. I think they've never cruised before and didn't know what to expect from a big ship or didn't do their research. This was our 12th cruise but first on MSC. We are Gold on Disney and RCCL. We will be back to MSC for sure!

I did not want to go on a cruise. too much money, I cannot swim. But after I got on MSC workers made you feel so welcome. Now I would go on another cruise.

Aside from the smelly bathroom water and horrible wifi, the trip was fantastic. I would still go again but not pay extra for more wifi.

This is only my fourth cruise, my first with MSC, but I have to say that the service and entertainment were the best. I felt the buffet food comparatively was above average, as was the dining room. The pizza and mozzarella cheese were very good; pasta dishes in dining room were great, I definitely enjoyed my share! There were a lot of activities to get involved with if you want. I wish the themed parties didn’t start at 10:45 at night because I was too tired from my daytime activities to enjoy them! I would definitely cruise with MSC again.

We are not cruise people. The last one we went on was 53 yars ago. But we though my elderly mom might enjoy this and she did! The entertainment and the music were unexpectedly good and she really enjoyed these activities. The food, while not great, was fun and varied, and made for a nice change of pace. And the staff and crew were wonderful and really made the cruise. We would do it again!

Boat is beautiful and food was ok, but the service was the worse we ever experienced cruising. Room temperature was not cool enough and the staff not helpful or friendly/polite

Overall poor communication and limited staff. Ship could be nice but msc has either difficulty in getting staff or have cut to bare bones.

The cruise was amazing, from the staff to the port of calls. MSC does it right and they offer some of the best services you could ask for on the open seas! Alongside their port of calls, they pick the right journeys and make every trip a fun and new experience with no repetitive routes! Great cruise line.

It was our first cruise. I was undecided about cruising because I'm a doer, so thought I'd be bored. Now I'm a cruiser. It was relaxing, entertaining, and had plenty of activities to keep us busy.

This was our first non Carnival cruise (we have only sailed Carnival in the past). MSC has the making of being an excellent cruise line, but there are a few things that could be improved on. For example, booking shows, being able to order water to our room (not even an option at the moment), you can't bring outside drinks (sodas, wine, etc like you can with Carnival), booking specialty restaurants (that was a whole other can of worms..). But the service of the staff was excellent and all were professional and willing to help you in any way.

This was a Christmas gift for our daughter and twin 14-year-old granddaughters. Cruise issues started from Embarkation (took 2 hours) to Disembarkation (took 4 Hours). The Buffet set-up was horrible. At times there were no Plates, Silverware or Drink Glasses available. WE were supposed to have Pool Towels in the Room. We went to the Pool and they did not want to give us towels, We told to get them from the Room Stewart. Once we found our Room Stewart; we were told the laundry was not working and get them from the Pool attendant. All activity venues were very crowded and there was a lack to bar servers and bartenders, When we complained we were told by several crew members that there were 5000 people on this ship to try and service. The ships APP was very confusing and did not work much of the time. I had the WIFI package had had to visit their IT people several after waiting in a long line. This is just a snippet of issues we encountered, WILL NOT USE MSC AGAIN.

MSC by any standard is a great cruise line. I believe it is going to get even greater. The interior decorations rival the best of the best in the cruise industry, the areas are well aid out and place. Of the 25 plus cruises taken and this being the first MSC cruise, sorry I waited so long. Best perk of this four-day cruise; time spent on MSC's private island, Ocean Cay.

The ship was beautify, one of the nicest I've sailed on. The crew and staff were very helpful and I had no problems or issues. I was able to change my fixed dining time twice during the cruise, so its almost anytime dining, I just had to ask the they accommodated! Will cruise MSC again in the next year.

This was our second MSC Cruise. Our first MSC cruise was a 4 day in August 2022 on the Divina. When we boarded our cabin was not cleaned. The mattress cover was stained and dirty. Not a very good first impression, The cabin crew deep cleaned our cabin and after that our cruise experience was wonderful. Excellent service, food and entertainment. Our experience on the Meraviglia was terrible. Overbooked, too crowded and our party of seven came home very ill, one with Covid and others with flu symptoms.

I had an amazing time! Except for a few hiccups, it was a great cruise. Ocean Cay Reserve made me book another MSC cruise this Summer but this time with family members!

This is the first, last and only time I will sail on MSC. It took over an hour and a half to embark. Food and service in the restaurant was fair, at best. Towels were thin and rough as sandpaper. Couldn’t take a drink into theater. Photocopied menu in restaurant. Daily planner not supplied in cabin (just advertising). Need I continue?

Best cruise I have ever been on. Had such a good time and atmosphere was so nice. The dancers were better then any cruise I have ever been on. They worked hard and were always so friendly to talk Can not wait to use msc again in the future. Once you try msc you wont want to cruise the others ever again. Sorry for the person who went overboard.
