Review summary

This is the first, last and only time I will sail on MSC. It took over an hour and a half to embark. Food and service in the restaurant was fair, at best. Towels were thin and rough as sandpaper. Couldn’t take a drink into theater. Photocopied menu in restaurant. Daily planner not supplied in cabin (just advertising). Need I continue?

People either love or hate MSC. I sailed with MSC twice this year and loved it. I thought the food, service, entertainment, etc. or equal to or better than Royal Caribbean and Carnival. The best part it is a more traditional cruise and does not feel like you are sailing on an amusement park or water park.
