Review summary
This is the first, last and only time I will sail on MSC. It took over an hour and a half to embark. Food and service in the restaurant was fair, at best. Towels were thin and rough as sandpaper. Couldn’t take a drink into theater. Photocopied menu in restaurant. Daily planner not supplied in cabin (just advertising). Need I continue?Embarkation
