Waiter and steward was great. But the customer service of MSC and the front desk was horrible. Including the check in online process.

Avoid Talking to Karen Caceras from the front desk in the boat. She will give you a hard time and an ugly attitude.

They hold us on the boat almost to 10am before releasing us out. We waited for ever trying to get out.

I agree. Our fridge was broke and we asked our host to look into it. Then we settled with just asking for Ice cause the warm water wasn’t cutting it after being in the sun all day and drinking alcohol.. he said we need to call room service for ice.. our phone had no button for that. I finally got ahold of guest services by mashing random buttons on the phone.. they told me number for room service. I couldn’t get through to room service for a while. Then when I finally did, they brought me ice about four hours later at 3:30am. Took over 20-30 min to get a drink and WE TIPPED EXTRA IN CASH. Pretty much had to jump out in front of a server to get a drink. Oh and we had dinner in dining room ONCE… it took 2 hours to get our food and my bf’s food was great (he had the steak) I had the fish.. and it was all gross.. it sat in the heat lamp soo long it was completely hard and rubbery. I guess I’m too snobby now after riding with royal. Staff goes out of there way to ask you if you need anything. Not speed walking tunnel vision to avoid. I love how you give your personal review and everyone wants to jump on attacking your personal experience lol.

Funny we were on the boat in under 45 minutes/ and did you even know how to work the t-stat... just asking cause my lady did not.. once I showed her our room would get nice and cold .....

People either love or hate MSC. Their own board experiences great, but their website and customer service are horrible. The best option is to book what you want to and don’t make any changes.
