Overall poor communication and limited staff. Ship could be nice but msc has either difficulty in getting staff or have cut to bare bones.

Unfortunately they were late to let us on the ship, no apologies just hurry and get on.

Cruising around the holiday is rarely a good experience. Cruise lines cannot bring on additional temporary staff for a few weeks like many land based businesses do.
