Trip of a lifetime would definitely do it again and will recommend it to everyone!

The ship and crew were fantastic. The Captain's night and dining room appreciation songs were great. Crew put on two fantastic dances. There needs to be an improvement in the scheduling and pricing of the excursions. I would like to be compensated for the failure of the excursions at the first port of call, Cozumel.

Rainy in 2 ports. But fun and relaxing cruise. Love it.

Will not go again in January. Weather not good for about 4 days. A lot of rain and high wind. Too many people. Too many kids and elderly needing assistance. Buffet food was cold and dry.

If you are looking for a relaxing cruise experience this is not the best choice at all. Too many kids had the run of the ship.

We had an amazing time and will go again next year.

I like the ship it is very nice just need to change the food up and do more shows

This was such a disappointing cruise. We normally take Carnival but wanted to give this a try. The only thing nicer about this cruise was the cabin. The staff are not friendly , lack of entertainment and shops, the food isn't as good and they will cancel a port and not re route to make sure you hit all ports. I asked for a water at one of the bars and the guy told me to go to the self serve station. There wasn't anyone else in line at the time and it was just rude. I spoke to MANY people on the ship who shared our sentiments! I will never cruise with RC again.

Not happy with the boarding, the ship was late and a long wait of getting on board. (over an hour and a half) Then we didn't get to go to one of the islands.

It was a wonderful trip with only a fewdown points.

Great cruise from Galveston. Liberty of the Seas is a beautiful ship with lots of activities. There was the largest collection on kids we have yet experienced on a cruise but we had a good time. Food and staff were excellent. Entertainment in the Platinum theatre was very good but not much of it. Ship is clean, well maintained and well run. Muster drill was the smoothest we have experienced. Cabin was good. PA system could use improvement in many parts of the ship. Captain and Cruise director were good but less visible than on previous cruises we have made. Overall a good experience.

We would go on this ship again in the future but would like to try other ships that have more onboard activities when at sea.

I do not recommend anybody to book with this cruise line. Very disorganized disembarkation, very uncomfortable room, ship never left or arrived on schedule.

Overall a great experience. Would love to do it again. Would do Royal again. Liberty of the Seas was a great sized ship. Great service. Great people.

It was a wonderful, relaxing, and fun 7-day cruise. We hiked up the Coba Mayan pyramid in Cozumel, snorkeled and petted stingrays in Grand Cayman, and rafted down the river in Jamaica. In the evening, we settled into our comfortable balcony stateroom and were pampered by our excellent exotic waiters Amine and Socorro. Thank you for the great memories!

EXACTLY AS EXPECTED. FIRST TIME WITH ROYAL CARIBBEAN. THE SHIP WAS VERY NICE AND VERY WELL KEPT AND CLEAN. ROOM WAS VERY NICE ALSO. THE SERVICE AT THE DINING ROOM WAS EXCELLENT.

I had the worst experience in any type of vacation that I've ever had. Liberty of the Seas was very disorganzied and lacked communication. The only good thing about the cruise was the staff in the Main Dining room (Jesus and Ying). Managment in the Windjammer was not apologetic or helpful and Guest Relations did not see urgency of problems when it arised. I got a note while departing my cabin on the last day (in last 20 minutes of being on the ship) from GR manager stating hopefully we resolved problems with the other the managers. I'm very dissapointed that we didn't at least get a call from the GR manager, during the whole cruise I never saw the GR manager and dealt with the staff.

The cruise was still a lot of fun a very nice ship even though its older very friendly and nice staff, was a little disappointed in the food and activities but in the end i am still very happy and would go on it again in a heartbeat

Overall we love to cruise and hope to cruise again next year as well with Royal when the prices are right. If you have never cruised before I highly encourage you to at least try a cruise. It has something for everyone.
