Review summary

If you are looking for a relaxing cruise experience this is not the best choice at all. Too many kids had the run of the ship.

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Food rating comes from Windjammer Café. We did not use main dining room or specialty restaurants.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Stateroom attendant was very good. Windjammer service was spotty at best.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cleanliness was very good. Size and comfort were average.

Ship tip

Royal Caribbean seems to be catering more and more to families. There were numerous children of all ages on this crew and they were a distraction. Noisy in the restaurant and much running up and down corridors at all times of day and late at night.

We have not been on Princess, but friends enjoyed Ruby Princess. We have found Celebrity to be adult version of RC much as Princess is adult version of Carnival.

Try Princess next time. There probably won't be any kids on that cruise line

On this cruise and per your other review, you chose to eat at the buffet all of the time. I liked Windjammer for breakfast, but the dinners in the MDR may be worth a try whether you choose RC or another cruise line.

The ship has water slides,Rock climbing, basketball courts, mini golf, ice skating, ect as far as I can see it was made for children!

Not sure why you'd rather eat cafeteria food every day than elegant multi course dinner
