The embarkation was a total nightmare, but the rest of the cruise was enjoyable, our waiter in dining room made the trip for us, his service and positive attitude were outstanding

It was absolutely great! The servers were great! And the service in the bar and smoking area Phillip and Jay-ar and Grace were so nice and friendly.

Will never book Holland again. Everything was an up charge. Entertainment was boring and gaps between. Food was bland, wouldn’t eat anything twice. Food wasn’t available all day without paying extra.

Overall it was a relaxing cruise, since I had been this route before, I didn't need to get off the ship or do excursions at every port. I read and napped, and sat out on the balcony. It was what I needed. Since I had been on this route before the pandemic, I can tell some things have changed and been a bit curtailed.

I love this Alaskan cruise. It was unfortunate that the weather didn't accomodate us as much as I would have liked. I may receommend doing a sailing earlier in the year to avoid the rainiest times.

Holland America to Alaska is for animal loving nerds like me and it’s got many options for vegetarians.

I would certainly cruise with Holland America Cruise lines again. Had a wonderful experience.

Overall Alaska was incredible but this particular Holland America Cruise left much to be desired. Service on the ship was well below expectations. There was a very large conference group on this cruise, at the same time as we were, and they were given priority while the rest of us passengers (not part of that group) were not treated as well. Alaska was a beautiful as expected!! We had terrific weather (high 50's to 70's - varied in each port) but no rain!! We loved seeing Alaska but the cruise, itself, was very disappointing.

Overall, excellent and very well organized cruise. I'm already trying to plan my next cruise with Holland America. The service personnel aboard the Eurodam went above and beyond excellence to ensure our stay was above reproach. Our dinner servers Dolly and Wayu were excellent and kind. Our cabin assistant Andi and his assistant kept our room neat and clean; and oftentimes saw us outside our cabin, and asked us by name, if there was anything more they could do to make our stay more comfortable. Wonderful first experience on a cruise!

Very friendly staff who could not do enough for you. Food ok. Much older crowd on board and even though we are 70, we did not find enough to do especially since it rained every day so could not be outside. Loved that they brought Rangers on board to narrate about Glacier Bay. L

Won't do another cruise until the Covid-19 situation clears up

Does not compare to Viking, which is our favorite and most reliable cruise line.

Finally made it to Alaska. Beautiful place. Holland America is a great cruise line. Like the quietness and relaxed atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Only downside is the shot time spent on ports like Victoria. Four hours is not enough to see this beautiful city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cruise on the Eurodam and plan to take a second trip next year because Alaska is so beautiful and so much to see. I want a longer cruise

We have waited so long to do this cruise and to have it turn out so disastrous was just beyond anything we were expecting. So lacking in entertainment - and just nothing interesting to fill in the time. And then to add insult to injury, our luggage was lost. How can you lose luggage going from the room to the pick-up area? So much was lost in our luggage - and it is just devastating. Never again will we go Holland America.

This was the worst cruise I have been on, manager in guest service, giving huge attitude, food cold, told gluten free but not as had an ellergic reaction first day, paid for items not provided, ports shortened an hour cancelled many excursions.

Great cruise, 13 th cruise and am very impressed with food, staff, activity director ( Ryan) and entertainment was great.

This was a bucket list cruise for us, and a chance to see and learn about one of the world's engineering marvels, the Panama Canal. We also got to see resort areas in the western side of Mexico, which we never would have done if we hadn't been on this cruise. Baja California is spectacularly beautiful; we fell in love with Huatulco and the Los Cabos area. My spouse had never been to San Diego, and after having been there a few days, we can't wait to go back!

I would highly recommend a Holland America Line cruise! They really make you feel special and welcome, pay attention to small details and strive for excellence!
