We have waited so long to do this cruise and to have it turn out so disastrous was just beyond anything we were expecting. So lacking in entertainment - and just nothing interesting to fill in the time. And then to add insult to injury, our luggage was lost. How can you lose luggage going from the room to the pick-up area? So much was lost in our luggage - and it is just devastating. Never again will we go Holland America.

Only one bar had entertainment - BB King - they played for an hour the first two nights, nothing the 3rd night, only one singer showed up the 4th night and only sang for half an hour and the next night, the other singer showed up (only one) and only for a half hour. No complaints about the cabin - it was kept very clean
Our luggage was lost - we had thousands of dollars of jewelry in our bags - One of my bags made it to the pick-up area but the other one and my friends TWO suitcases did not make it. How is that possible????? Still haven't found them.
Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Never put jewelry, medicine or important papers in checked luggage. Hope it is found eventually and returned with everything intact. Appreciate your feedback.
Thanks for the review. Holland America is not known for great entertainment, but primarily for some itineraries not offered by other mainstream lines. Icy Strait point is great for whale watching, Bear excursions, the world’s longest Zipline, the new tram and nice trails right at the pier.
