We love cruising and RC, but EOTS needs lotsa love.. we will not be cruising a ship this small again.

overall enjoyable cruise, nightly entertainment was just ok

Bermuda was remarkable. Took a nice, short tour of the island that included the lighthouse and a fee pink sand beaches

Very dissatisfied with all the issues on the ship had cruise planned for 2 years and nothing but issues

We had a lovely time. We enjoyed the Solarium and the Solarium Park Cafe which had food available during "off" hours. Bermuda is beautiful- locals are friendly and appeared to genuinely welcome us.

Bermuda was a great port. If you like to gamble, you won’t get much casino time because of the over-night in Bermuda and time in U.S. waters. Trivia was very good and so were the ship’s musicians.

Very good. I think the industry is recovering from Covid and relearning jobs. Excellent experience and love new disembarkation process of waiting in room until it is time to leave.

It was a fun 5 days and a welcome return to cruising, but only because we are "loyal to Royal." The ship needs a refreshing. We should note that we've been spoiled by the Oasis and Quantum class ships we've been on for most of our recent cruises. It's hard to go back to a smaller ship, especially one this small. We've been to Bermuda 7 times, and we still love it.

We enjoyed Bermuda, and being on the water, but felt the entertainment was lacking, and the ship is very old.

Shame on Bermuda for taking advantage of tourism and tourist by charging an application fee for all visitors. Same information was required to board the ship. Bermuda health department not set up adequately to answer questions and certainly could have developed a more user-friendly application form. Upset passengers would not spend money import. Shopkeepers upset with this procedure. Price paid for cruise is supposed to include for taxes and fees yet this fee was not included

Very relaxing had a great time met a lot of people. Everyone was friendly

Ship is showing its age. Crew is wonderful. On and off at Baltimore very easy.

Would have liked to spend more time at Coco Cay. When Royal ramps up to more production shows and newer ship in Baltimore will be better. Overall great value and getaway post Covid-19.

The cruise ports were excellent. The ship is very old and the entertainment wasn't that good. They had the same band playing over and over multiple times. The shows where not good. We did have two medical evacuations by the Coast Guard and they did an excellent job. We have been on Enchantment before and this will be the last time due to the condition of the ship and the entertainment. The cruise director, Bobby, we hardly saw. The entertainment crew was ok.

Nice cruise, met some great new folks, had a great time.

This was a wonderful cruise. Even though I did this itinerary years ago, I would still do it again. Meeting great people, playing games, eating and drinking makes cruising the best vacation get-away for the money.

This was another fine cruise with RCL. There were no surprises since we knew what to expect ahead of time. Great weather all week although there were some overnight storms. Ship was at about 80% capacity. There was no lie band during the day on the pool deck which we like because sometimes the music can be quite loud. Yes we are old farts. The younger crowd may not enjoy this ship. I think that as the pandemic situation improves the live bands and variety of entertainment will return.

RC was great - so wonderful to be on a ship again. (Our last cruise was March 8, 2020, and we were stuck on Lady G for 12 days as we could not port due to CDC order.) Staff was masked, and some passengers. Service was wonderful. We are so very grateful after six cancelled cruises. Was to take this cruise late January 2022, but moved it to this March, and very glad. Weather was awful for the Jan one, I was told. They said this was the best weather since resuming sailing. Coco Cay exceeded my expectations. About 65% capacity, wonderful! Only disadvantage was a lot of excursions were not available due to lack of participation.
