Review summary

We enjoyed Bermuda, and being on the water, but felt the entertainment was lacking, and the ship is very old.

Embarkation

First ship to Bermuda from Baltimore since covid hit. Everything was confusing, we had to sign up for a time to get on, but still had to wait over an hour outside. Getting on took forever.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was good as always. They seemed very understaffed.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
The weather was cool, so swimming wasn’t my first choice. The activities on the ship were few and far between. Mostly trivia and bingo.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Sadly the bands didn’t play during the day. None were great. The main band had one singer who could sing on key. They had karaoke with the band in the atrium more than once, which was horrible. The theater shows were good. The dancers and singers were excellent, but only performed one night. The comedian was funny as well. The first night there was no entertainment in the theater. It seems they depend on cheaper entertainment by creating game shows featuring the crowd. Some seem to enjoy this, we prefer to see talent on stage, not the cruisers.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
They did the best they could, but clearly were understaffed. All staff was kind and trying their hardest.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
It was clean, but this ship is old and run down. Rust everywhere. I’ve been on over 20 cruises and have never seen a ship in such bad repair.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
It was clean, but very small.

Ship tip

Probably to choose a different ship.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Getting off was quite easy and fast.
