Have always been loyal to Royal but Enchantment is showing its age in some places. Beds, stained sofa. And the caliber of food in both Dining Room and Windjammer is very low.

A cruise my companion and I completely enjoyed. You could not ask for a nicer staff as well as the food. Far superior to our recent cruises on other ships.

A great staff. Mediocre food in the main dining rooms. A much better selection in the windjammer.

another day and a half due to Helena delaying Tampa arrival

Delayed a day due to hurricane Helene. Has already flew in to Tampa. No hotel rooms to be found. Had to stay with family over night. Stood in line an hour before we even started to board the ship. They cancelled the Hondorus stop, which is why we chose this cruise without even asking anyone. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. The shows were nice, casino about like every ship I’ve been on. Was disappointed there wasn’t a lot of professional photo opportunities on board. Just an ok cruise.

Good service at the room and food. It was a disaster noisy kids running up and down the floors all day and nights.

I love this older, smaller ship. The crew is great, food is good. No nightly entertainment was a surprise, terrible kids' club, but overall, a great (and very economical) cruise.

I love cruises and i will be on another one next year hopefully there are more games and multiple clubs playing different songs and a new movie everyday

Small ship, VERY small shower , but overall it was a nice trip And the staff was amazing.

This was a great family vacation and overall positive experience.

Snorkeling at Bimini was nice and perfect day was nice. Other than that I would not recommend. This ship is old and stinky and boring. The arcade is awful, the casino is bad and smells like cigarettes. We had a better time on carnival. It was clean, new and didn't feel like a constant money grab.

Overall a good cruise, just don't expect perfection.

The service was great! The personnel at the restaurant were wonderful ! The service provided by the waiters was incredible, great attention. Love them.

It was fun all around. The staff, excursions and the entertainment.

Our extended family had an overall enjoyable experience cruising on the Enchanment of the Seas.

I have been waiting years to take my family on a cruise and this met all my expectations.
