Review summary

Very dissatisfied with all the issues on the ship had cruise planned for 2 years and nothing but issues

When we got to port to check in my wife and I was not in the system took 2 1/2 hours to get put back in and get through the check in process. Then we go through security and was there another 45 minutes because they had none of our documents on file. So after all of that we missed luggage check in and had to carry our luggage on the ship.

Sewer leak got through ventilation system smell was horrible for 6 days. Some of the older passengers could not come out of there cabin. No hot water and toilet wouldn’t flush

If your not looking for a lot of entertainment perfect cruise to just relax on

All of this is true had the cruise booked for 2 years. And we wasn’t the only ones that had the issue. My wife had every document printed out or we probably wouldn’t have gotten on. And yes cruising is for me have done many and have already booked another . I think if all that happened to us and other passengers would happen to you it would leave you a little skeptical as well. As far as the luggage we were told to keep it with us because of the issues. The lady at check in said invade we can’t get you on hold on to your luggage. It was a weird situation

Just off and the sewage smell on the promenade is awful. Service is inconsistent

I just have ask, why did you have your luggage with you? The Porters collect the luggage before you even park your car and if you take a shuttle in your dropped at a luggage collection area. The only thing we ever have with us at check-in is what we carry-on the ship, the medical stuff and valuables.

I'm so sorry to hear this. You're the 2nd person that said there was an issue on this ship. When we were on it, it was great.

Sorry that all did not go well. I heard other complaints regarding the oder as well. We noticed it in March when we were aboard. Fortunately it was not on our deck.

This cruise is not verified so don’t know if any of this is true. Something happened where they didn’t have you or your documents. I don’t think it was the cruise. Many people recently have gone on the Enchantment and loved it. Cruising is not for you!

Disppointing with sewage smells especially on the 4th level as with our room. Unable to enjoy the cemtrim. It gave us a headache, upset stomach, burning eyes, sore throat and we vomited a few times. Unable to enjoy the activities on the 4th level.

Most enjoyable cruise get-away.
