Disppointing with sewage smells especially on the 4th level as with our room. Unable to enjoy the cemtrim. It gave us a headache, upset stomach, burning eyes, sore throat and we vomited a few times. Unable to enjoy the activities on the 4th level.

Review summary

Once again, the service desk kept lying to us about the severe sewage smell and when it would be repaired. Promises were made and broken. The sewage issue was never resolved during the entire voyage. It started in Baltimore with a slight odor and got worse each day that made us sick to our stomachs, headaches, eye burning and a scratchy throat. When leaving 4th level to the 9th level all symptoms disappeared until we returned to the 4th level. A few of the staff and passengers kept trying to close the door where the odor started to back up in our cabins. I called them down and went to customer service stating this was a health and safety issue. Roy who worked with customer service was very helpful in telling us what was going on after I approached him along with other passengers on the 4th level. A few nights the odor came into our room that made sleeping very uncomfortable and unbearable. Don't lie to passengers!!!!!!!

The ship was clean expect for the extremely strong sewage smell on our level #4 that made us very sick and wasn't very enjoyable. No communications from staff and told different stories about the source and projected completion.

Hot water in shower was sporadic. One time it was hot, then it got cold, then warm, then cold again. Otherwise the staff kept the cabin tidy and clean.

I gave this a 2 star, but really deserved a 1 star. To many vendors at entrance to customs that wouldn't leave us alone. Cuban cigars everyone had, taxi's, buses, hair braiding over and over again. Way to congested at entrance.

Well, the smell was gone, at least on deck 3 mid ship. I searched a little and happily couldn't find any offensive odors. So, my apprehension was relieved in that regard. The food, mainly at the buffet was pretty poor, and the hours of operation were shortened. Left to the Solarium restaurant (very average/pizza was horrible).

Great, my wife and I are going this Friday and our cabin is on the 3rd floor. Great, we been looking forward to going to Bermuda for many years. The news of the smell, continuing to be a problem for quite a while doesn't give me warm and fuzzy feeling... ☹️ I own/manage rental property, I understand the management of issues. Especially in these times. Find it and fix it. Take the damn thing out of service if you must, unfortunately that is ownerships responsibility.

Perhaps that was what they were being told by management. I was on the same ship. I know the crew worked hard to find the leak. So let not jump on the crew members OK.

Sorry about the bad smell, that is unfortunate but what were they lying to you about? I assume they told you they expect to have the problem solved soon but didn't. I wouldn't assume that was a lie. Plumbing issues are not scheduled with a start and stop date. The front desk can only tell you what they hope is going to happen. They want the problem fixed just as much as the passengers. I hope your sore throat is better.
