Review summary
Once again, the service desk kept lying to us about the severe sewage smell and when it would be repaired. Promises were made and broken. The sewage issue was never resolved during the entire voyage. It started in Baltimore with a slight odor and got worse each day that made us sick to our stomachs, headaches, eye burning and a scratchy throat. When leaving 4th level to the 9th level all symptoms disappeared until we returned to the 4th level. A few of the staff and passengers kept trying to close the door where the odor started to back up in our cabins. I called them down and went to customer service stating this was a health and safety issue. Roy who worked with customer service was very helpful in telling us what was going on after I approached him along with other passengers on the 4th level. A few nights the odor came into our room that made sleeping very uncomfortable and unbearable. Don't lie to passengers!!!!!!!Embarkation
