Bring your patience when using the elevators. They take a very long time. You can coffee in other places besides the international Cafe. There is also a self serve soda machine aft deck 16.

Taking stairs is faster than the elevator. I've tried it multiple times from deck 7 to our room on deck 16. While my wife took the lift. And try 360 experience if available.

The mid and forward elevators get crowded. Head to the aft elevators to get to the floor you want without being crowded in.

Medallion's are difficult to use, frustrating to find and bbok items they then. Old Medallion was much better. I am not sure Princess can accommodate full ship with promised services.

Book on another cruise line, with Princess I felt I was not listened to during cabin allocations weeks before embarkation and during the cruise. I felt that booking through an agent (United) rather than direct we were treated like second-class, first time cruisers. There was also a general feeling amongst us and our friends that were were being nickel and dimed for extras or things included in our package were too busy and already booked (by Princess members?)

Great boat, the top deck areas are nice. Heated freshwater pools, best at sea.

I would tell them if you just love being on the water and the sound of the ocean to go. But don't expect good food. Be ready for long lines, wait times, and elevators that take forever. Better off being healthy enough to take the stairs.

Download the Medallion App and use it. The App has been drastically improved from its original. We upgraded to plus to include internet, drinks, and gratuities. Even though we don't drink a lot, it was worth it.

Check your room. It took us several days to find a live bedbug. Oh, and do the 360 experience. It was great.

The aft pool is shallow, heated and my favorite place to hangout with a cold one!

Beautiful ship. Large public areas for entertainment venues and bar areas.

Don't bother look for another cruise line.

If you love pools, like I do..princessess ships have the best pools...just remember it is a traditional cruise line...with an older demographic...and the activities may feel a bit dated....On the discovery if the movement of the ship bothers you...get mid ship, lower deck. Do not over plan for when you are at your port destinations.
