Good cruise, staff friendly and excellent, awesome customer service along with the guest were very friendly too.

Great cruise. Other then the small cramped rooms. Loved the staff.

Overall the ship was just beautiful. The medallions made it so easy from opening doors, ordering, etc...

We had a very relaxing time on the Discovery Princess. We ate well, got to see a couple of ports in Mexico, and the weather down there was great in mid-October

I had high expectations after my last Princess Cruise from L.A. to Sydney and an identical ship. I've outlined the differences above. It also seems as if Princess is looking for petty pricing increases onboard. Receiving a menu with surcharges is inappropriate for the regular dining or the specialty dining. You purchase a package to prepay the experience. I can only assume the plan is to sell the Premier vs. Plus, by making show seating difficult if the cruise is full. Charges for The Sanctuary that you can't access? Last year it was free and first-come-first serve.

As usual Thomas Hauser steered us in the right direction with our room selection and packages we purchased. It’s nice to be able to deal with someone as knowledgeable as Thomas to get things lined up right. It was a great cruise on a great ship.

WOW, what a great time ! My 1st cruise and what a blast. Alaska was so awesome that I booked the same cruise in 7 months to see it again. This cruise was worth every penny I spent on it.

Very nice experience. Great balance of sea-days vs port days. Evening entertainment was great and good music and activities in community areas. Lots to learn as a first time cruiser though and it was a bit overwhelming; we missed out on a few things due to not knowing but I imagine it gets easier the more cruises you do.

A luxury ship, remarkable staff, delicious food and great accommodations. We had so much fun, enjoyed our excursions and sailing with Discovery Princess and crew.

Truly a memorable cruise for our family and great views of Alaska! Enjoyed every bit - dining, entertainment, access to ports, shore excursions and lot of fun things to do on the cruise. Discovery Princess was a great ship with a wonderful layout and design and high tech! Customer service from waiters and managers was truly amazing! No complaints about the cruise. Would love to check out another destination on this ship. It was well worth our balcony stateroom and 7-day cruise! Best of all 4 cruises we took so far. Princess is classy with less crowds and well organized and managed!

This was a family cruise and we spent most of our time with family.

Second time doing this cruise. It doesn’t disappoint. Should be on everyone’s bucket list.

First time cruiser and very disappointed. Alaska is beautiful but the level of service received and the poor food was extremely disappointing! Room service couldn’t get an order right and sometimes they didn’t even show. Couldn’t get reservation for our anniversary even after calling and waiting in line trying to get assistance. You would think that a table for two could be fit in for such a special occasion.

I would do this cruise again, very relaxing and the ship was very nice.

Ship is very nice and well kept. It's always being cleaned and serviced. Alaska was very beautiful. I recommend Princess Discovery. It was a bit crowded though. The pickle ball court couldn't be really used due to high winds. They should be covered.

Do NOT book anything in Victoria if this cruise is chosen because it arrives there too late to visit any shops to shop or eat. It only stays a few hours at most there also to do anything.

Discovery Princess is beautiful and the staff are top notch. Thoroughly enjoyed and hope to go again.

Overall, this was one of the best cruises me and my husband have gone on and we are avid cruise goers. We were very pleased with our decision to take this cruise.

This was a GREAT CRUISE. First rate food and entertainment. Very clean cabin and ship. Very qualified staff and service. HIGHLY recommend. Small discrepencies noted in comments.
