Review summary

Do NOT book anything in Victoria if this cruise is chosen because it arrives there too late to visit any shops to shop or eat. It only stays a few hours at most there also to do anything.

Some made too many excuses to fix the problems at hand. Although, 2 members were consistently trying to make up for the horrible problems others caused.

Very comfortable handicapped room. Bathroom flooded first few nights. (We thought it was supposed to be like that) but after toilet, issues, all was repaired.

Ship tip

Double check everything when ordering cakes for special occasions and be on top of the staff.

Horrible because they lost a piece of luggage and didn't want to claim responsibility for it. Then, having 2 handicapped guests, nobody gave proper information for special shuttle to pick us up. We were yelled at and I yelled back at service crew who weren't educated to serve the handicapped.
