We only got off two times, have taken cruise a lot

Embarkation was easy on the ship, but then you get off,the shore personnel don’t seem to know what they’re doing,they give an order, and the next thing that happens you get yelled at for what the prior person told you to do, it only took about 30 minutes on shore, but it would have taken less if they had their act together.

We had good food, great staff, but they should stop calling it dine your way, we booked before we got onboard, but some people had a two hour wait.

I was on that same cruise. What dining room were you in? I was in the Skagway main dining room and nobody waited two hours to be seated. I have been in long MDR lines on Princess before but the lines were incredibly short and quick on this ship. Serving times were pretty slow but not seating times.
