Review summary

This was my honeymoon with friends. Nothing done by Princess ( although booking assured if special occasion)and booking dining was very frustrating... I manage groups continually. Shows were good, music good throught except classes in the entire Piazza area.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Terrible, pouring rain, forced to stand outside IN THE RAIN with long slow unexplained embarkation process.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Service in buffet and MDRs was good. Specialty restaurants were not available to book in advance, and I'm Elite so should have been able to book 60 days out. Called Princess to arrange wedding celebration dinner at Crown Grill for my group, confirmed with Princess. When i boarded there was no record of the reservation and no availability so week long!!! Very unhappy, Princess should NOT allow booking if Premium pkgs when they can't accommodate everyone for dining.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Did NOT like loud dance/exercise classes multiple times a day in the Piazza which overtook any enjoyment of the ships venues everywhere in the Piazza, on all decks.

Children's Programs

No kids in our group

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Overall service was very good throughout. Every venue was accommodating, bar staff was excellent everywhere. Staff doing coffee at cafe on Deck 5 was terribly slow even with 4 guys there.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Public areas felt confined and tight. Easy to navigate ship. Miss the different colored carpets for port and starboard side on cabin decks.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Nice layout Toilet paper location ridiculous. Great about of storage throughout. Very nice balcony and balcony furniture. Like location and size of closet.

Ship tip

Medallion's are difficult to use, frustrating to find and bbok items they then. Old Medallion was much better. I am not sure Princess can accommodate full ship with promised services.
