My advice----never Princess again----two times in a row; with ugly experiences tells me---NEVER Princess again. Sticking with other cruise companies that value my business.

Princess staff used my son’s T-shirt to wiping down the metal table in the laundry room. I reported what happened to customer service department of Princess. Now Princess cruise pushes my problem aside and told me they cannot solve the problem because my tour is end. Can you believe it? It is true.

Overall it is a nice trip for us. The only thing that bothered us a lot is we didn't know where to disembard and no one seemed knowledgeable to show us the right way to do it. We moved up and down the ship to find the exit.

The Crown Princess was very comfortable and the decor is very relaxing. Even though the ship was full to capacity, it never felt like we were crowded or rushed. We had to tender to shore at Cabo San Lucas but it all ran smoothly and we never had any long waits to get on or off the ship.

The events weren't varied and mostly catered to older folks. The events I did care about weren't run properly and were facilitated by rude and condescending staff that would much rather be inside in the AC. If you are athletic and are hoping to showcase your skills, you might not be happy.

The Crown is the largest ship I've been on, so that added to the stair climbing. Familiar Princess features made it feel more comfortable, e.g. Explorer's and Wheelhouse. Nice adults only area and Skywalkers is my favorite place for viewing the ocean.

Ship looked good. I like i said, restroom toilets or piping system need an upgrade, sliglty odor. A lot of different pools and jacuziss around the ship. Overall ship equipment was good.

Don't go during Spring Break if you want to get away from the kids. They are everywhere except...and thank The Princess for this, The Sanctuary. We didn't realize it was Spring Break when we booked, so we spent a lot of time in The Sanctuary.
