Q: What dining room on the Crown Princess is the best to reserve for traditional dining, Botticelli, Da Vinci or Michelangelo? Thanks

A: All three are pretty much the same and I believe the food for all three is prepared in the same galley (see the blank spot on the deck 6 deck plan). We do prefer Michelangelo or Da Vinci because they are both accessed off the atrium area, while Bott... icelli requires going aft on deck 7 or above, then down to deck 6. That area outside the dining room can get congested - even claustrophobic - with people early for 5:00 PM reservations.See More

A: We haven’t stayed in that particular cabin, but with passenger cabins above, below, and on both sides of you ship operations, deck chair noises, dining room or lounge noises will not be a factor. Elevator chimes and “Baja, deck 11” automated announc... ements aren’t generally audible beyond the immediate area. Early morning breakfast delivery is generally very quiet until they knock at the door. Behavior of your fellow passengers will be the key. Longer cruises usually mean older demographic & fewer noisy kids, so late-night revealers stumbling back to their rooms would be my only noise concern.See More

A: The last 11 day cruise I did had 2 formal nights and one "dress to impress" night. 2 were on sea days and one was on Christmas Day (not a sea day).

A: I googled again and it says there are three because it's an 11 night cruise so they usually have it spread out in days. I don't know what days you're going to have to find out when you go on the ship or if somebody knows on shipmate. I've never taken... an 11-day cruise with princess.See More

A: Don't forget there is ALWAYS food available in the buffet. And also specialty places like pizza, while ship is in port. Most people like to have lunch off the ship.

A: Yes, all cabins seem to have a safe deposit box, large enough to fit wallets, passports, even a small purse. Easy to use, and very convenient since no cash required while on board (use you room key card for any beverage, gift shop, photo, shore excu... rsion expenses).See More
