The last 11 day cruise I did had 2 formal nights and one "dress to impress" night. 2 were on sea days and one was on Christmas Day (not a sea day).

I am sure it'll be one of the first sea days. I googled about how many formal nights for an 11 night cruise. there are two.

I googled again and it says there are three because it's an 11 night cruise so they usually have it spread out in days. I don't know what days you're going to have to find out when you go on the ship or if somebody knows on shipmate. I've never taken an 11-day cruise with princess.
