Out of 10 cruises, this one I'll rate a 10. I really enjoyed it. Staff was really on their game and very kind. Day one was a little rocky, but that's the first day after that smoke sailing

Entertainment - Musicians excellent except for the country duo, really terrible. Best piano bar entertainer - Roger. Shows good with lots of energy but choreography hit or miss and performers good but not up to Princess or Holland America standard. Food much better than last Carnival cruise last summer - Carnival continues to come back.

Stops were beautiful and weather was great. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We really liked the cruise director. Three of the four comedians were good. One was terrible!! Food not very good and we are not foodies. Overall we did have a good cruise but will not be cruising on carnival again anytime soon.

Overall good but not great ! The weather was typical Caribbean great and it's seems like an easy job to be a weatherman there. A Cruise is what you make it so enjoy it.

We took friends who were first time cruisers with us. They enjoyed the trip but thought at times the lines were long (ship was sold out) and thought the dinner options were not what they have heard from past cruisers. A cruise is really what you make out of it yourself.

It was more of a shakedown cruise than real cruise

Cruise was downgraded from a 3 day cruise to a 2 day cruise. We really missed that sea day. If we could've found another cruise for the same timeframe, we would've cancelled the cruise.

It had been 13 years since we cruised and this experience was wonderful. Hope to cruise with Carnival again. Grand Turk was our favorite port and it was absolutely beautiful.

For a large ship with 4,000 or more folks on board, they managed the crowds. I think Wi-Fi/internet is overpriced and should be included in your package when purchased. It was very costly per day. With COVID resurfacing testing needs to be started again. I paid gratitudes in advance and did not like to tip drink waiters over and above as Cheers package was very pricey. Would have liked more food options in Lido.

I never write reviews. I literally cried on vacation. What a horrible merry Christmas, happy birthday and anniversary to me. I will never cruise on carnival again. Their cleaniless, level of customer service and lack of maintenance on the boat is absolutely appauling. Carnival should be ashamed. From empty hand sanitizer stations all throughout the boat on day of arrival to me having to clean my own state world because it was filthy after their third attempt to clean it. Staff swinging red Hazardous bags and hitting kids with them as staff squeezes through tight crowds. Refusing to provide a kids menu or even verbally proving options in the main dining hall. Hair throughout the dining areas. Staff swishing Fur balls of hair from one side of area to the next. Two nights of a constant loud pitching, sounds from 2 AM to 4:30 AM. Broken bathroom threshold that my daughter tripped over along with the broken refrigerator that ruined her medication Broken gym equipment the entire eight days - not once was any of it labeled out of service. Staff member coughing while serving drinks, not once covered his mouth. Servers wiping the tables, counters , and floors with the same cleaning rag. Those are just a few things that came to mind. I can go on but I just want to stop reliving this horrible experience. Please just find another cruise line.

If you ever use Carnival, get on a new boat and if you ever have issues just assume they will do nothing to make the trip better but say sorry a lot. Best advice I can give is never ever use Carnival. Worst trip I have ever taken and not sure if I would even take a free trip from Carnival. Save your money or book with another cruise line.

Cruise was relaxing. Staff were great. Ports were nice. Weather was nice.

The high proportion of loud/unruly/foul-mouthed/destructive passengers overshadowed some of the good parts. Multiple fights. Kids kicking doors. Blocking stairwells and cussing people who tried to get by. Smoking weed on board. It’s just gotten out of hand.

This was a birthday celebration trip. Loved the vibes and the food. Will try again just hopes the weather is better.

carnival needs to decide who to cater as over half on the ship was 40 or better

This was our first Carnival cruise and probably our last. We have cruised with RCCL in the past and really enjoyed it more. The food was also way better on RCCL. The buffet on Carnival was very sad looking and the flow was terrible, always waiting around in a long line b/c of the way it is set up.

Too many people with not enough to do. It Sucked!!!

This was a nice cruise that focused on enjoying the thermal suite more than the ports. Good food, nice entertainment, and a talented cruise director, Lawrence.

This was s lovely cruise. We had a Spa Balcony and we used the Spa Amenities at least 3x to 4x daily. Loved, loved, loved the Spa hot tub, the heated seats, sauna, steam rooms etc. As a cruiser having a direct Spa Cabin, we are outfitted with slippers and a Spa Robe...keep an eye on your robe as a lady who purchased the Spa pass, accidentally took my Spa Room Robe, as she thought the Spa team hung robes out for anyone visiting the spa to use. A completely innocent mistake and we enjoyed the heated seats together for a bit. That said merely be careful if you keep your lanyard in the pocket... that is all. We really enjoyed the spa services that came with the spa room.
