I expected better and more from Carnival Vista. I got spoiled by Holland America. I didn't expect all of the rude kids and people! The dirty dishes left all over the place. The Staff seemed run down. The bars were great and the ports were amazing except Aruba.

I would suggest choosing another ship as the Vista needs to be retired. There is to much wrong with it. The 2 pools are very small.

This is one of my favorite sizes and class of ships. It has a good variety of things to do and places to eat and drink. The Lido deck can get very busy and crowded but that is to be expected. We always found a seat at the activities and shows we wanted to attend. A July trip to the Caribbean is very hot and humid but the ports are beautiful and Half Moon Cay is one of my favorite places to spend time in the ocean and at the beach.

If you are looking to stay active, Carnival is your cruise line. The Vista has plenty to do. The food and options aren't the best, but is good enough.

We had a fantastic time celbrating our 20 year Anniversary on Carnival. It was laid back and relaxing. We only wish the food was better.

Good family cruise! We enjoyed it...definitely some highs and lows as described above.

This cruise had both positive and negative aspects as with anything in life. We really enjoyed our dinners each evening and being able to use the app to check in. We also enjoyed going to the piano bar and the different shows. If you don't like crowds, then just save yourself the trouble and don't go on this cruise ship. I thought since it was a bigger ship, it would not feel as crowded but it did. Also, the ports of call weren't as "tropical" as I was expecting. I should have done more research because there were no beaches within walking distance. It was at least a 30 minute drive to even get to a beach. I enjoyed spending time with my family. It had been about 10 years since we had gone and a cruise. It will probably be another 10 before I go back. I will definitely choose a smaller ship next time. It may have fewer bells and whistles but that also means fewer people and maybe actually having a shot at getting a seat by the pool.

Overall we had a blast. The staff was amazing, and the activities were fun! Having a daily schedule was great and the app was very helpful in keeping us in the know.

The food was definitely a downgrade from past experience, except for the Fahrenheit restaurant, that was still amazing. The odors of sewage were evident on the Lido Deck especially toward the aft end. Carnival can do much better.

I think there should be a welcome bag in the cabin, maybe lanyard and water bottles are a good start.

Great and fun! Shows are great! Food is pretty good! Pools are overcrowded! Ship too hot!

We chose the Carnival Vista for our Mom & Daughter cruise! We wanted a stress free vacation to celebrate high school graduation and time together before everyone is off doing their own thing. As first time cruisers, we had an absolute blast! The weather was great, the ports were exciting, onboard dining and activities were amazing. Perfect vacation!

The cruise had it's positives and negatives, unfortunately more negatives for this specific cruise. We still suggest Carnival just out of a different port and a different cruise ship.

The cruise was absolutely amazing. So many activities nightly. Staff were all amazing. Cleaning constantly. I would definitely recommend.

Overall there was so much to enjoy and so much to just admire the beauty you see. I loved it and cannot wait to do it again.

Carnival Cruises cater to every traveler. Our days at sea were exceptional. Thank you Captain Pablo for smooth sailing. Our cruise director, Marty, was fun. Thank you to the unsung heroes of the cruise, all the workers we saw and didn't see, you made our trip so enjoyable.

First cruise and it was a blast. I worked out every AM and got in my 10,000 steps and still gained 10 lbs the food was so good! Loved everything about it. GREAT staff.

We had an absolutely awesome time aboard the Carnival Vista!! We cannot wait to cruise with Carnival again.

We are diamond members on Royal and Pearl on Disney. This was my second carnival cruise and truly can not figure out how they stay in business. The dinning was the absolute worst I have ever seen. Prisoners have more options than carnival. How can you not have bacon at breakfast. Who eats baked beans for breakfast? Why is you dinning only open 12 - 230, and only on at sea days? Why can't I order a soda and a cocktail at the same time? Hoe c9me I can't use my drink package for water and Gatorade at when exiting the ship for port. Why does it take 28 minutes to get a cocktail after ordering? Why is your white night on casual night? Why wont you let me take photos of my friends and family at you photo areas. Why cant i order a milkshake and Gatorade at thr same time? Guys burger joint was awesome though. Wish it was open for dinner. The only advise I can give is don't book carnival. It's not cheaper, it just worse.
