Carnival knew they had a problem with the ship Vista. Instead of continuing to take the ship out, they should have cancelled at least one cruise, reimbursed and possibly added a bonus, and fixed the ship. Going out on a ship that isn't working properly only lessen the positive reputation of Carnival.

I missed the fruit bisque that used to be served at dinner time. Bring back coca cola products!

Great on board staff. Many thanks to I Wayan, out cabin attendant. Thanks to Shekera and Andrea our dining room servers. On deck 10, Jerry was very helpful. And, Janet who was a greeter at dining room door.

It seemed this cabin was smaller than other balconies we have had. You need to have outlets by the beds.
Ship tip
Make sure the ship has been repaired before you book a cruise on it. Each port stay was,cut short and we were 2 hours late getting back to Port Canaveral..
We were late getting back to port. There was absolutely no crowd control! Platinum and diamond were shoved in with everyone else. Once we finally got off the ship, we had to wait over an hour to get my husband's electric scooter into the one elevator the terminal had. Then, they were taking only the wheelchairs that carnival employees were pushing until people, including me, started cimplaining. One Carnival employee, Shopie, who said she was a manager for the terminal starting yelling at us for complaining! That woman should've fired immediately. Carnival needs to have at least two elevators for scooter and wheelchair Customers. And, they need a better system to ensure that platinum and diamond people get priority embarkation and disembarkation that they are supposed to get. Worse disembarkation I have ever experienced!
