Disgusting and horrible customer service by ckc420investmen

I had to clean my own stateroom after staff 3 attempts. Hair throughout the cabin. Layers of dust. Windows were smeared and sticky. After cleaning the cabin top to both (literally) the bucket if water was black!!!!. Mold in the vents, hall carpet was filthy.

The new duvet covers and shower curtains were nice and appreciated. The duvet itself was super fluffy and comfortable and the perfect weight. The mattress and pillows were great too! I wish I could buy them for my own home. The sofa was worn out.
