Review summary

The ship had engine problems. It’s been a problem with the Vista for a long time so we had some ports got short changed and then we were 3 1/2 hours getting late getting back.

Our room service was excellent she handled all of our needs and the alchemy bar is always our favorite. They are amazing.

The worst and all of my cruising history I am platinum with Carnival so we were the second group of walking off our luggage. They were so many people already crammed in all the highways on deck three and even down where the luggage is people were standing there already waiting for their luggage and it wasn’t even there yet they let them off the ship, we were two hours late so I think Carnival just want to get everybody as fast as they could

Yes indeed, the Vista has had propulsion issues for a long time. Debarkation definitely sounds like it was chaotic. Thank you for your review.
