I doubt we will ever sail on the vista again, if we do we will be prepared for an insane debarkation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Most of the food on Vista was bland. The deserts tasted straight like whip cream.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The ship was so crowded we couldn't see any shows. Far too many kids, rowdy teens, rude twenty somethings.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Couldn't see any due to the massive amounts of people.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Room steward Leonardo on deck 3 is excellent. I encountered only pleasant service on the entire ship.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The vista buffet is split up and I didn't really like that.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We loved the size of our room, much bigger than an interior or balcony. It was always clean. It was extremely comfortable.

Disembarkation

Very disorganized and chaotic. Ship was late back to port, staff were rude and screaming at guests, guests were not following debark directions. It was the worst debark we've ever had. We carry our own luggage but we're forced to wait 2 hours after our scheduled time because it was so damn disorganized.
