CRUISE ITSELF WAS FINE. DISORGANIZED. 1/4 OF THE STAFF WAS GREAT THE REST NOT SO MUCH. TRYING TO SELL SHOTS IN THE DINING ROOM...REALLY!! THERE IS SO MUCH MORE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT OVERALL.

MAIN DINING WAS OK, MEDIOCORE FOOD. FELT RUSHED. THE SUSHI RESTAURANT BY FAR HAD THE BEST FOOD. BUFFET WAS ALWAYS THE SAME FOR BREAKFAST...BORING.

ROSSI OUR ROOM STEWARD WAS FANTASTIC!! VERY ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYS SMILING. WAITERS IN MAIN DINING WERE THERE TO DO A JOB THAT'S ABOUT IT. THE FROG BAR WAS GREAT..BARTENDERS WERE ALOT OF FUN, ENGAGING WITH THE PATRONS. LOTS OF LAUGHS.
AS A WHOLE AROUND THE SHIP STAFF WAS LACKING. BARELY EVEN SPOKE TO YOU. WERE EVEN RUDE AT TIMES.

LAYOUT WAS FUNKY. POOLS WAY TOO SMALL FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE. AND SMOKERS WERE CATERED TO. THEY HAD THE "CUSHY" SEATING?? WHY? COMMON AREAS WERE CLEAN BUT NEVER SAW ANYONE "CLEANING" AND NO HAND WASH STATIONS AS YOU ENTERED THE BUFFET AREA? I SAW 1 OR 2 AND NOBODY USING THEM. THE SPA WAS GREAT IF YOU COULD GET IN. WE HAD A SPA ROOM AND WAS ONLY ABLE TO USE THE HOT TUB AND HEATED CHAIRS ONCE. THAT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY.

CABIN WAS GOOD. NEEDED A LITTLE MORE CLEANING. PHONE HAD ACCUMULATED DUST AS WELL AS UNDER THE DESK AREA. IT WAS QUIET EXCEPT FOR THE DOOR SLAMMERS. BUT I WON'T BOOK IT AGAIN.
WOULD'NT EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR, AWFUL!! DISORGANIZED STAFF YELLING AT YOU. CONFUSING, SAFETY WAS AN ISSUE, IF SOMETHING HAPPENED YOU COULDN'T GET TO ANYONE. FELT LIKE CATTLE BEING HERDED FOR SLAUGHTER. NO ANNOUNCEMENTS OVER LOUD SPEAKER HAD TO USE THE APP IF IT WAS WORKING. WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT DON'T HAVE PHONES, LIKE THE ELDERLY? IT WAS JUST AWFUL. NO WATER ANYWHERE.
I’m going to agree with you on most of your review…most ( not all) of the staff felt like they were just going through the motions and I felt like Carnival really didn’t care!
