Review summary

For a large ship with 4,000 or more folks on board, they managed the crowds. I think Wi-Fi/internet is overpriced and should be included in your package when purchased. It was very costly per day. With COVID resurfacing testing needs to be started again. I paid gratitudes in advance and did not like to tip drink waiters over and above as Cheers package was very pricey. Would have liked more food options in Lido.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service was excellent both in dining room, room service and waiters for drinks. Shout out to Eduardo (dining) Henry (room) took care of our every need. Shericka was very helpful connecting me to Wi-Fi & internet - very good customer service.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Yes, areas were clean and saw personnel cleaning around ship. We did come home on last day with a virus (not COVID or flu) Saw some folks on board coughing & sneezing. Screening prior to boarding would be my recommendation. Three people in our party came home with COVID after debarking the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very comfortable and liked the size of room. Henry did a great job with cleaning and towel animals!

Ship tip

It is a fun ship!

Grand Turk Island

This port was my favorite- golf cart tour of island and a snorkeling tour that was great- saw a lot of tropical fish.

I came back with Covid as well on my January cruise on Magic . Wish they would test but I’m sure those days are long gone and they wouldn’t catch every case anyway.

What time did you get off the ship on debarkation day? How long did it take to get to the Orlando airport after getting off the ship. Our flight home is at 1:53pm on debarkation day. Is that enough time

Not going to play the covid testing game ever again !! We had to do it 2 years ago going to Alaska and it was ridiculous!! So we take the test and travel throughout crowded airports and getting off ports of call . We tested negative and were allowed on the ship, but who says we didn't get it on our way to the ship. Numerous people were hacking and coughing on the cruise. We got sick but who knows if it wasn't a common rinovirus it wasn't that bad. Plandemic is over and it shouldn't be a factor anyway.

Covid protocols are no longer required. But people are still getting sick on cruises with coronavirus and the flu. It’s up to you to protect yourself
