Review summary

This was s lovely cruise. We had a Spa Balcony and we used the Spa Amenities at least 3x to 4x daily. Loved, loved, loved the Spa hot tub, the heated seats, sauna, steam rooms etc. As a cruiser having a direct Spa Cabin, we are outfitted with slippers and a Spa Robe...keep an eye on your robe as a lady who purchased the Spa pass, accidentally took my Spa Room Robe, as she thought the Spa team hung robes out for anyone visiting the spa to use. A completely innocent mistake and we enjoyed the heated seats together for a bit. That said merely be careful if you keep your lanyard in the pocket... that is all. We really enjoyed the spa services that came with the spa room.

Nice selection of options to choose from at the buffet. Naturally there are lines at times, therefore be patient.Lovely staff continually cleaning and attentive--grateful for their attention to detail

LOVE the size of Cherry on Top as there was a large selection of snacks and cute gifts. The ice cream parlor looked delicious as part of the shop too.

Carnival Waterworks

LOVE-LOVE-LOVE the Waterworks! We hung out here on various days of our cruise. This was a quick, fun way to run thru the playful areas to cool off before going back over and relaxing under the umbrellas. The sound of the water was soothing as we cruised along as well. Alot of fun---2 of my favorite places on the ship always.

Enjoyed the fun Trivia games ... we won a Ship on a Stick. Everyone was kind, funny and polite. Entertainment hosts were top notch! We even won a 2nd Trivia game and were allowed to give that Ship on a Stick to another party that was 1 point below us

Hamid was our room Steward and he was FANTASTIC! Hamid kept an ice bucket filled for us and provided additional blankets. Hamid was kind, worked quickly (lightening fast) and very professional and friendly.

We absolutely LOVED our Spa Balcony cabin. We were in room 12214. I highly recommend...the bed was too firm for my taste, yet perfect for my guy. Our room steward was very sweet and provided me additional beddimg for my side. A/C was perfect and let me tell you were observed flying fish, birds diving into the ocean and happily no peer runners (we did well). We were also roughly 12 to 15 ft away from a door that exits out to the side of the Waterworks which was just awesome---I susoect the rooms on either side, heard a great deal of noise from that door opening and banging closed so we always closed it gently behind us. We also liked the color scheme of the room and the pillows and robes were great.

Ship tip

Spa Cabin #12214 is an EXCELLENT location as you are literally 12 to 15 steps away from the door that opens up outside directly to the Waterworks--AND--the elevators are not far. The Spa is close naturally as well. COOL, COOL, COOL Cabin with beautiful views out on the balcony with MINIMAL noise.
