I would not select a cabin in the 8th floor under the Lido deck because of the noise at night when they are cleaning. Other than that the floor was excellent.

If you like a smaller ship and don't mind the absence of outside decks, this is the perfect ship. The theme is Legends, there's a huge picture and description of Buffalo Bill in one stairwell, there's a great photo of MGM stars and personnel in one of the hallways. Lots of things to see and do!

The laundry room has an ironing board and it is usually empty. Wait until the last day to shop on board because the sale is amazing. Be sure to attend the art auction if you are the least bit interested in art. Buy the "Fun Book", it is well worth it. Some of the excursions are long and drawn out

I actually eye-witnessed someone win $2500 bucks on the "fit the key" machine so it IS possible (just not for me). Bring a power-strip w/o a surge-protector as there is only one outlet in the entire cabin. Also the pillows are very soft so you might bring your own if you like firmer pillows.

Don't let them pressure you into making spa reservations when you board the ship. They tell you spaces are filling up, you need to come in at 7am, etc. That's a bizarre pitch because every day there are spa specials that offer better prices and time slots.

This is one cruise to have a balcony room. The scenery was fabulous every day. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the glaciers, the wildlife, the mountains couldn't bee any better.

Prepare yourself for open seas traveling to get to your location and back home.

Pick a room central to the location of the ship. Remember dining is at one end and theaters on the other end. A lot of walking for those with mobility issues.

we were on a wait list and nothing happened. Restuarant dining was too long, took 2 1/2 hours to cooplete Servers were slow and nesperienced

This ship is GORGEOUS ! I think cabin 6232 was a gem! It was next to a storage room, so the balcony was EXTRA LARGE!! My travel agent looked out for me by getting me into this room!
