Carnival needs to be more strict with disembarkation policy. Turn away group that disembark out of turn. If you're going to assign group then enforce it. This is why disembarkation is always a mess and bottle neck.

We had a good time but would not cruise out of CA in the future.

The world series was on for us on the outdoor big screen. The pools aren't very big, the jacuzzi are packed full so we never even tried them. Casino was not good to me. Comedy had some good on first half, the second half not for me.

Overall 8/10, like I said will be cruising her again in January!

I'm glad we had a chance to sail on the Firenze, but will stay on the Panorama when leaving from Long Beach. We met a wonderful family on this leg of the trip. Three adult kids and their parents. Hung out with them quite a bit. Shout out to CD Tyler and Fun Staffers Moni and Eduardo.

We had a nice time and encountered no significant issues. We would sail on this ship again.

Really enjoyed our first cruise out of California.

The ship was cute. The staff was great. The fellow passengers however were another story. I would say that 90% of the people I made contact with were not well-mannered or had no home training or class. I thought it would be different sailing out of California but no. The Same Spirit of Carnival traveled from Florida. I have never seen so many jeans, ball caps, hoodies and just bad fashions in the main dining room ever. So many loud people. So many rude children. I was on this ship as an Elite Cruiser so I got lots of gifts and the cruise was "free", so that made me feel a little bit better. I managed to win two Elite prizes in the casino and that was awesome. The weather at night was cold and windy. I was not prepared for that. I had just come off a Caribbean cruise and didn't even think to check the weather. I won't be sailing out of California again anytime soon... This was my 13th cruise THIS YEAR and one of the worst as far as passengers are concerned.

I love the Carnival product. The food is great and service is good. Only thing I don't appreciate is some of the guests. Many of them just don't know how to act in public unfortunately. For example, I was in a jacuzzi where people were just chilling. There was a man and his about 14-year-old son. The son saw his brother a couple decks above and started yelling loud for him but couldn't get his attention. The father, instead of educating his son that you shouldn't disturb everyone around by yelling in a setting like this, starts yelling at the top of his lungs to get the attention of the brother. All that just to say hello. Another time a woman was cussing out her husband very loudly with lots of f-bombs while waiting for an elevator. There were lots of people including several kids standing there being subjected to her berating. But we still had a great time overall and met plenty of good people.

Cabin 5230 was a great cabin. Very quiet area with access to the private Terrazza area and hot tubs. Private breakfast every morning made it even better. The nicest staff! Al was one of the best cabin stewards ever. Highly recommend!

Puerta Vallarta Beach excursion was super fun as was Electric Bike in desert in Cabo. Hot, hot, hot in Mazatlan!!

Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this Ship and ports. Can’t wait until the next one

Over my family and I had a great time. There are aspect about cruising that are gone that I miss and wish the cruise industry would bring those back. I’m not cruising the amount I used to anymore because of the lack of amenities that have been taken away.

I enjoyed this cruise despite issues. Carnival did a great job of keeping passengers entertained; and the ship is beautiful.

Had a few little bumps here and there, from us having to change our room due to the ships noise, to us having to wait 50 minutes after getting seated to get served food, but all in all we wouldn’t mind taking the Firenze again. It’s a beautiful ship with so many activities and events.

The ship is so nice. They should downgrade the Panorama and let this one do the seven day runs. It's deserving of the longer runs and needs to ditch some of the booze cruise crowd

We had a great time on the cruise. I would like to have had better quality meal options. But the snack shacks made up for the buffet.

A great trip! We always enjoy our Carnival cruises! Food seems to be going a bit downhill but we don't book for the food!

If you want to relax and rid of any stress take a cruise and you will forget about the world.

I was a bit apprehensive and didn't know what to expect on this cruise, as my only other Carnival cruise was a very bad experience and I had been using other cruise lines ever since. I will openly admit this cruise exceeded my expectations and would have no problem booking another. The service was terrific, the food was excellent, and while the ship wasn't perfect, it was unique, clean, and had an elegant feel to it. It was a very enjoyable cruise.
