I enjoyed this cruise despite issues. Carnival did a great job of keeping passengers entertained; and the ship is beautiful.

Had a few little bumps here and there, from us having to change our room due to the ships noise, to us having to wait 50 minutes after getting seated to get served food, but all in all we wouldn’t mind taking the Firenze again. It’s a beautiful ship with so many activities and events.

The ship is so nice. They should downgrade the Panorama and let this one do the seven day runs. It's deserving of the longer runs and needs to ditch some of the booze cruise crowd

We had a great time on the cruise. I would like to have had better quality meal options. But the snack shacks made up for the buffet.

A great trip! We always enjoy our Carnival cruises! Food seems to be going a bit downhill but we don't book for the food!

If you want to relax and rid of any stress take a cruise and you will forget about the world.

I was a bit apprehensive and didn't know what to expect on this cruise, as my only other Carnival cruise was a very bad experience and I had been using other cruise lines ever since. I will openly admit this cruise exceeded my expectations and would have no problem booking another. The service was terrific, the food was excellent, and while the ship wasn't perfect, it was unique, clean, and had an elegant feel to it. It was a very enjoyable cruise.

We got off at both ports (Catalina & Ensenada) to do excursions which in my opinion made the cruise. I did a lot of relaxing but there were a lot of entertainment options available to me. The dinner service wasn't great, but I found a few free restaurants that were. Even pay restaurants were not much. Nice first cruise!

It was a nice and relaxing cruise. The weather wasn’t super hot, like it normally is there.

The food on board wasn’t real good and were very used to a really good experience. However the Italian restaurant was amazing!!!! We had a ocean view balcony room but didn’t realize we had gotten a porthole balcony. Didnt really like it much and we had a kitchen over us on deck 2 so it was constant noise and very irritating. We had a few very nice staff but werent impressed for the most part with the staff. Many had attitudes and no smiles lime they werent happy to be there

Great short cruise. Carnival is still cutting corners here and there but overall a good vacation for the money.

Absolutely a gorgeous ship. 😍 We loved our cruise and would highly recommend this cruise. Just wish they would have done a better job with debark.

I would suggest rules for parents to over see their kids in hot tub

Overall our mother-daughter cruise was very enjoyable. What a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday! The crew celebrated with us which made it extra special. I was on the Venezia last year from New York and its sister ship Firenze has learned from its older sister! This ship is well-run by the captain and his crew. Both embarkation and disembarkation was the smoothest I have experienced. Although there was close to 4,700 passengers, it didn’t seem overly crowded. Be patient with the elevators.

We will definitely return to Mexico on the Firenze. It was a beautiful ship. Beautiful destinations. The most friendly staff.

This was an "ok" cruise. Considering I've been on a different cruise line last year I was able to compare the 2. I don't like having a limit on my drinks and having to wait 5 mins to order another. A LOT OF KIDS and a lot of 1st timers on this one.

It was a nice cruise. I wish we could’ve experienced the roof being opened.

Carnival will Nickle and Dime you to death. Overall ship was kind of on the poor!

The ship is new so it’s very clean. The food just plain stinks. No italian food as expected however regardless the food was not enjoyable like past ships. Guys burgers rocked ofcourse but half the stations in Lisi deck were never open. The elevators are the WORST! Plan on waiting long times unless you use the stairs. Navigating the ship was a nightmare. You had to go up, down over and up again to get to certain venues. Pools are very small, both of them and the jacuzzis are what you would find in a backyard. Very small and as you expect overcrowded. Table games were fun and about all I can say was actually close to any other experience on Carnival cruises. Debarkation was digital but they had to go around one hallway and back up the other to get out so instead of 50 ft exit it turned into 350 yards! If you have a lot of luggage you are in for a workout. All in all, save your money and cruise on a different ship. This feels like carnival got stuck with a Costa ship and tried to make the best of it but failed. Pretty sure this Italian cruise campaign won’t be around long. Hopefully Panorama in November will be better.
