Notified room steward that my TV was not working. He said he would send someone to look at it, but no one showed up. I contacted guest services and was told it was a ship-wide issue; it was being addressed. Never heard back from the cabin steward.

Confusing. I signed up for Digital Disembarkation, but I see no benefit in it. Lines were still long to leave the ship; I exited with passengers carrying their own luggage; and I had to find my luggage after leaving the ship.
